Urban living
outside of the city.

Feel
the freedom!

Scandinavian minimalism and the stunning nature of Northern Estonia were made for each other and are represented at their best in these new homes, from which you can step straight outside to explore the surrounding pine forests and sandy beach.

Designed by architect Ülar Mark and interior architect Karita Tammik, these two-bedroom, four-room townhouses come with their own saunas and are ideally suited to couples and small families with children. In fact they’re perfect for anyone who wants all the benefits of urban living, only outside the city.

Situated in the centre of the historic village of Neeme, the townhouses enjoy easy access to everything you’ll need and will place you at the heart of the local community – all while guaranteeing you the privacy and proximity to nature you’re looking for.

Urban living outside of the city

Forget the hustle and bustle of city life: in the fishing village of Neeme you’ll be greeted by birdsong and lulled by the sounds of the sea. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning on your terrace as you ponder whether to take a stroll in the forest or head for the beach.

Nestled in the bosom of Mother Nature, your new life in the village will be one of peace and tranquillity. And if you hanker after everything the city has to offer, well, it’s just 30 minutes away. So you see, you don’t have to live in the city centre to enjoy urban living. Get the best of both worlds!

The village of Neeme, which boasts a real sense of community spirit, is home to its own kindergarten and school, a grocery store, places to eat, a harbour, a beach and walking and bike tracks. All of which will be within a stone’s throw of your front door.

At one
with nature

The challenge the designers faced was striking a balance between modern architecture and the distinctive fishing-village feel of the place – and it’s one they delivered on. The minimalist but playful townhouses they came up with are marked out by the 10 distinctive patterns of the pine timber that clads them, lending the homes an integrated overall look.

It was also important to the designers that the homes be at one with nature. The townhouses were positioned according to the existing placement of the surrounding trees, rather than the other way round. As such, the full history and grandeur of the towering pines is retained and respected on the site.

Space aplenty

The designers wanted these new homes to be as comfortable and as functional as possible. That’s why they provide enough space for every member of the family.

At the same time, the aim was to keep the square-metreage to a minimum so as to ensure reasonable household expenses and to avoid home ownership becoming a financial burden.

Solar-powered living

Your new home comes with an energy rating of ‘A’, the solar panels on the roof producing enough power on sunny days to cover most of your needs. Energy efficiency’s guaranteed!

Also helping you save money will be the townhouse’s air-water thermal pumps, underfloor heating system and clever use of space.
